Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns on our retail merchandise within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s). Items must be shipped back to us in unused and unopened condition. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If your item has been damaged in shipment, please email us a photo to sandy@wildlucille.com as soon as possible. Contact about a damaged item must be done within 7 days of receipt of item(s).
